Developer tools and runtimes
Projects pin versions for a reason: the wrong runtime or SDK breaks a build. This page lists 11 language runtimes, SDKs, build tools and virtual-machine tools, with older versions where they are available, so you can match what your project asks for.

What you’ll find here
This page covers developer runtimes and infrastructure for Windows and macOS: programming languages and their toolchains (Go, Node.js, Python, Rust, Java, .NET), build tools such as CMake, runtime redistributables, and tools for containers and virtual machines. Older versions are listed so you can install the release a project or team requires.
The 11 apps listed here are CMake, Docker Desktop, Eclipse Temurin JDK with Hotspot 21, Go Programming Language, Lens, Microsoft .NET SDK 9.0, Microsoft Visual C++ v14 Redistributable (x64), Node.js, Oracle VirtualBox, Python 3.13, and Rustup: the Rust toolchain installer. All 11 run on Windows, and 5 also on macOS. Of these, 8 are open source. Between them the site lists 427 versions. Older versions are mostly available for Windows; for macOS the current release is usually the one listed. Everyversion hosts no installers: every download button goes to the download location named in the publisher’s package data, normally the publisher’s own server. For all 11 we downloaded the installers ourselves and re-computed their SHA-256.
