## Description

PCSX2 is a free and open-source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator. Its purpose is to emulate the PS2's hardware, using a combination of MIPS CPU Interpreters, Recompilers, and a Virtual Machine that manages hardware states and system memory.

### What the installer does
- Delivered as an Inno Setup program (.exe) for x64.
- Installs for all users on the PC, which normally requires administrator rights.

- Delivered as a compressed tar archive for Apple silicon and Intel.
- Installs the app `PCSX2-v2.8.2.app` into the Applications folder.
