### What the installer does
- Delivered as a Windows Installer package built with WiX (.msi) for x64 and ARM64.
- Installs for all users on the PC, which normally requires administrator rights.
- No custom silent switch is declared; winget falls back to its default for this installer type (`/quiet /norestart`).
